CALMURA

For Green-Certified Projects

Decorative coatings that earn LEED, WELL and BREEAM credits.

CALMURA mineral and water-based coatings are pre-cleared for the certifications that drive commercial green-building specification — saving project teams the audit overhead of vetting suppliers individually.

In Detail

How CALMURA solves it.

Over 60% of commercial construction projects worldwide now require certified low-emission coatings to meet LEED v4 / v5, WELL v2, BREEAM and Living Building Challenge requirements. CALMURA mineral lines (Limewash, Marmorino, Tadelakt) are inherently zero-VOC; the water-based lines (Microcement sealers, Texture Metallic) test below 25 g/L by EPA Method 24. We supply CDPH Standard Method v1.2 emissions test reports, EPDs, and HPDs on request — the documentation gates that LEED EQ Credit Low-Emitting Materials requires.

  • LEED v4 EQ Credit ready

All architectural coatings test below the SCAQMD Rule 1113 limits and the CDPH v1.2 emissions standard.

  • WELL v2 Air feature support

Mineral limewash and tadelakt emit zero VOCs and contribute to WELL Air concept Feature A05 (Enhanced Material Precautions).

  • EPDs available on request

Environmental Product Declarations issued under EN 15804 / ISO 14025 for the mineral product families.

  • EPA Method 24 tested

Water-based microcement sealers and metallic coatings carry EPA Method 24 test certificates for US specification.
